January 2015 Transports2015 started out with a bang for 43 Atlanta area homeless and abandoned dogs in need of loving homes. Pups from DeKalb, Henry, Hall, and Fulton loaded up on the FODA bus on January 10th for a trip up to our partner rescue groups in the northeast. Many had adoptive homes already waiting for them when they arrived. Charlie, a Great Dane/Lab mix from Hall County pictured below was adopted within a week of arrival. If you click on the photo of Charlie you will see all of the dogs that went on transport with us on January 10th. Daphne, Grant and Earl who were long-term fosters with FODA due to medical issues when we took them in to foster, were completely healed and able to leave on this transport as well. We were notified that Grant was adopted the weekend after the transport arrived. Thank you for your continued support to helps us save the lives of animals in need in the metro Atlanta area.
