Our last transport of 2018 made the trip to New Hampshire to deliver a group of dogs rescued from kill shelters in Georgia to our partner rescues and to a new life! Click the photo of Scotch below to see all the pups that CCR rescued and transported in December 2018!
So many of the animals that FODA transports to the northeast are adopted within days of their arrival. Sweet Hadley pictured below was adopted by a great family within a week of arrival. Hadley was a puppy in great need while still here in DeKalb. She was born with bi-lateral inguinal hernia’s in her abdomen […] Our first March transport drove 31 animals to safety in the northeast. We have two new approved rescue groups in New Hampshire as well who drive their own transports since our wonderful transporter doesn’t go quite that far north! We are managing to do 2 transports this month and hopefully that will result in a lot of DeKalb’s homeless animals being in loving forever homes for Christmas.
